For guests of the Flathead's most discerning vacation rentals — coordinated through their property manager. SOLACE/Luxury arranges the pre-arrival prep, the dinner reservations, the surprise that makes a stay a memory. Booked with a 48-hour standard.
Simple coordination from $225. Moderate from $450. Complex from $700–750. Signature arrival prep from $1,250. Vendor costs, deliveries, and gratuities are separate and pre-approved.

What does SOLACE actually do?
SOLACE is a private coordination company for the Flathead Valley. We source, schedule, vet, and follow through on requests — from dinner reservations to vendor coordination to ongoing household management. We don't perform the work ourselves; we coordinate it with the right independent vendors on your behalf.
Who is SOLACE for?
Four kinds of relationships. Solace/Luxury: guests of high-end vacation rentals, coordinated through their property managers. Solace/Care: families with a loved one in a Flathead Valley care facility. Solace/Home: homeowners with a second home in the valley. Direct to Solace: the whole-season relationship, by introduction only.
Where do you serve?
The Flathead Valley — Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Lakeside, Bigfork, and the Glacier National Park corridor.
How does pricing work?
You pay Solace a coordination fee, collected at booking before work begins. Fees are priced by complexity, not by the underlying service. All vendor costs, deliveries, materials, and gratuities are separate, pre-approved, and fully itemized. Solace does not accept undisclosed vendor commissions or referral fees.
How do I get started?
